Nature of the service
North Dallas Emergency Plumbing Pros is an independent local connection service. We route service calls to licensed, background-checked Texas master plumbing contractors (illustrative license reference #M-41920). We are not the plumbing contractor unless expressly stated in writing for a specific job. The performing contractor is responsible for workmanship, permits, and on-site safety.
Quotes & pricing
Dispatch and marketing materials describe typical flat upfront pricing practices used by contractors in our network. Final price is quoted by the assigned contractor and must be approved by you before work begins. Arrival windows are estimates based on traffic, weather, and crew availability.
Emergency use
If water is actively flooding or you smell gas, call emergency services when appropriate and shut off utilities if it is safe. Our phone line is for plumbing dispatch, not 911 replacement.
